History of Western Bulldogs FC

Established in 1883 as Footscray, name changed to Western Bulldogs in 1997.  They have succeeded by winning the Premiership 10 times (1898-99-1900, 1908, 1913, 1919-20, 1923-24, 1954).  The number of Brownlow Medals currently stands at 10.
